Spoke at a webinar on policy and advocacy in crisis, 22 April 2020

What are the structural issues and policy gaps exposed by the outbreak of COVID-19 in Singapore? How might we be able to enact long-term systemic change as individual citizens? The Harvard Kennedy School’s Singapore Policy Journal and CAPE organized this conversation on change-making in the midst of COVID-19. The panel, consisting of Kokila Annamalai, Kirsten Han, Donald Low, and Kenneth Paul Tan, discussed the pragmatics of change-making in Singapore, to shed light on the relationship between frontline advocacy and the inner workings of policymaking.
