Kenneth Paul Tan gave a presentation on his new book project Movies To Save Our World: Imagining Poverty, Inequality, and Revolution in the 21st Century (Penguin) at the Hong Kong Baptist University Journalism Department's Research Colloquium 2021. He read excerpts from a section of the book that performs a close reading of a Korean film, the Academy-Award-winning film of 2019, Parasite.
