Kenneth Paul Tan composed and recorded the soundscape for stage play Koan, by Singapore theatre company The Necessary Stage. It was performed in South Korea (Asian Theatre Festival in Busan and Next Wave 2003 Festival in Seoul) in 2003 and in Singapore (New Rituals For Asia Today) in 2004.
